Designer and manufacturer of gas manifold systems

Toute la Soudure designs and manufactures primary regulation stations and secondary regulation manifolds.

A vast range is available for use with all industrial gases, offering optimal regulation and the best conditions for safety and compliance with applicable standards.

This equipment is suitable for all uses and configurations; our technical team is available to users and distributors to produce calculations based on the number of stations to be installed, and can then support installers in compliance checking.

We can also provide maintenance services, or train your technicians to work on our equipment.

The advantages of centralised gas systems

Productivity gains:

  • Work stations have a constant supply of gas, and thus there is no loss of time from changing gas cylinders and no risk of a welder running out of gas, as a single cylinder supplies several work stations.
  • Better management of gas stocks (no more need for one cylinder per work station).
  • Easier handling of gas containers as they are stored in a single place.

Greater safety:

  • No injury risk from handling gas cylinders in the workshop.
  • Non-return flashback arrestors directly integrated into the regulator at each work station.

Better quality gas supply :

  • Continuous supply at a constant pressure from a single source (simple system) or two interchangeable sources (service and reserve).

Stages in the creation of your installation

  1. Choose the type of main panel (primary gas regulation at the storage level):

    SIMPLIFIED
    1 gas source with between 1 and 6 cylinders or 1 cylinder bank in either left-hand or right-hand versions (option to retrofit a semi-automatic manifold between 1 gas source on the left-hand side and 1 gas source on the right-hand side).

    SEMI-AUTOMATIC
    2 gas sources (automatic switching between sources) :
    - one on the left with between 1 and 6 cylinders or 1 or 2 cylinder banks,
    - one on the right with between 1 and 6 cylinders or 1 or 2 cylinder banks.

  2. Create the pipe network (we can offer this service). If there is a requirement to manage the pressure on a pipe run, a horizontal regulator can be used.

  3. For work stations, install secondary regulators (with or without protective metalwork) supplied with valve and non-return system.
