This control over our production chain allows us to provide high-quality after-sales service.
Thanks to our stock of spare parts, covering more than 1,000 references, we can assess, repair and service all our products.
You can contact our sales team, by email or telephone, at any time to request an assessment of your equipment. We will then explain the process for you to send in your equipment (at your cost).
Once the equipment has been received, our technician will provide you with a quote for the repair and a schedule of works to be carried out (where the equipment can be repaired).
We can also calibrate or recalibrate your flow meter regulators (a requirement in the nuclear industry and for sites covered by the Seveso regulations).
Lastly, we can also offer maintenance and service contracts for all our gas distribution stations. Please do contact us for any additional information.
